Live Track

Parents can track location of the school bus on a map during shuttle service via Servistesin mobile application.

Instant Notifications

When the shuttle vehicle approaches the house, reaches the school and leaves the school, parents get instant notifications via SMS or in-app features depending on their choice.

Distance Settings

By default, Servistesin system sends notifications 5 minutes before the school bus reaches your location. You can change adjust this time according to your needs.

Emergency Notifications

When the student does not get on the shuttle or in any relevant emergency cases parents get instant notifications.

Easy Reach

Parents can make a phone call to the driver or host of the school bus by using in-app call feature.

Shuttle Check

After every shuttle service, special in-app features force the driver to check if anything is forgotten in the schools bus. Any relevant issue is instantly reported to parents.

When will I get notifications?
You will get notifications when the shuttle vehicle approaches your house, reaches the school and leaves the school via SMS or in-app features depending on their choice.
Can i set the cases that I get notifications?
Yes. You can get all 6 notifications during the day or you can disable the ones you wish.
Can I track the location of the bus on a map?
Yes. You can see the location of the school bus on a map during a shuttle trip.
How your application forces the driver to check if anything is forgotten on the bus?
Once a shuttle trip ends, the driver is expected to check all the seats and scan a QR code into the application. Our QR Code is sticked to the inside of the back window. Driver checks the seats from front-to-back and scans the QR Code after the checking the last row. If the QR code is not scanned into the application our team reaches to the driver instantly to check if everything is fine.
